Bu araştırma ile öğretmenlerin eğitim programı okuryazarlıkları ile yansıtıcı düşünme eğilimlerinin çeşitli değişkenlere göre incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma ilişkisel tarama modelindedir. Araştırmanın evrenini, Hatay ilindeki devlet okullarında görev yapmakta olan çeşitli branşlardaki öğretmenler oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemini ise, bu evrenden rastgele seçilen toplam 511 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma verileri, “Eğitim Programı Okuryazarlığı Ölçeği” ve “Yansıtıcı Düşünme Eğilimleri Ölçeği” kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde betimsel istatistikler, bağımsız gruplar t-Testi, tek yönlü varyans analizi (ANOVA), LSD testi, Kruskal Wallis H testi, Mann Whitney U-testi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda öğretmenlerin öğretim programını inceleme sıklıkları arttıkça, eğitim programı okuryazarlık becerilerinin tamamı ile yazma boyutu becerisinin arttığı, kadın öğretmenlerin yansıtıcı düşünme eğilimine ait sorgulayıcı ve etkili öğretim, öğretim sorumluluğu ve bilimsellik boyutlarına ve yansıtıcı düşünme eğilimlerinin toplamına ilişkin becerilerinin erkek öğretmenlere kıyasla daha yüksek olduğu, branşı sosyal bilimler olan öğretmenlerin yansıtıcı düşünme eğilimine ait açık fikirlilik, öngörülü ve içten olma, mesleğe bakış boyutlarıyla ilgili becerilerinin branşı matematik ve fen bilimleri olan öğretmenlerden daha yüksek olduğu, kıdemi 1-10 yıl arasında olan öğretmenlerin yansıtıcı düşünme eğilimine ait açık fikirlilik boyutuna ilişkin becerileri kıdemi 11-15 yıl arasında olanlara kıyasla, kıdemi 1-5 yıl arasında olan öğretmenlerin yansıtıcı düşünme eğilimine ait mesleğe bakış boyutuna ilişkin becerileri kıdemi 6-26 yıl arasında olanlara kıyasla daha yüksek olduğu belirlenmiştir. Öğretim programı inceleme sıklığı arttıkça, yansıtıcı düşünme eğilimine ait sürekli ve amaçlı düşünme, açık fikirlilik, sorgulayıcı ve etkili öğretim, öngörülü ve içten olma, mesleğe bakış boyutlarına ilişkin becerilerin ve toplam becerilerin azaldığı, öğretmenlerin eğitim programı okuryazarlıkları ile yansıtıcı düşünme eğilimleri arasında düşük düzeyde ve aynı yönde anlamlı bir ilişki bulunduğu saptanmıştır.
This research aims to study teachers' educational program readings and reflective thinking trends according to a variety of variables. The research is in the relational scan model. The universe of research is formed by teachers in various branches who are working in the state schools in Hatay Province. The study includes a total of 511 teachers randomly selected from this universe. The research data was collected using the "Education Program Reading Scale" and the "Reflective Thought Trends Scale". Data analysis used visual statistics, independent groups t-Test, one-way variance analysis (ANOVA), LSD test, Kruskal Wallis H test, Mann Whitney U-Test. According to the study, as the frequencies of teachers studying the teaching program increases, the teaching program increases the scale of writing skills with the full literary skills, the questioning and effective teaching of the female teachers' reflective thinking tendencies, the teaching responsibility and the scientific dimensions and the ability to aggregate the reflective thinking tendencies are higher compared to the male teachers, the factory of social sciences, the factory of social sciences, the factory of social sciences, the factory of social sciences, the factory of social sciences, the factory of social sciences, the factory of social sciences, the factory of social sciences, the factory of social sciences, the factory of social sciences, the factory of social sciences, the factory of social sciences, the factory of social sciences, the factory of social sciences, the factory of social sciences, the factory of social sciences, the factory of social sciences, the factory of social sciences,As the incidence of the study of the curriculum increases, the continuous and intentional thinking of the tendency of reflective thinking, open mindset, questioning and effective teaching, predictive and honestness, the reduction of the skills and overall skills related to the dimensions of the career view, the teacher’s curriculum has a low-level and meaningful relationship in the same direction between the curriculum literature and the tendency of reflective thinking.
