Abstract:

This study aims to explain the concepts of charisma, power and leadership and to demonstrate the fact of the Republican Alliance within these concepts. The nature of charismatic and charismatic leadership forms a very popular field of research today. For example, leadership experts have discussed the importance of impression management. Charismatic leaders are recommended to participate in impression management techniques to strengthen their capabilities, to increase their commitment and confidence to them. Or it is that charismatic political leaders can be distinguished from other leaders, using add-on and impression management practices, in order to ensure their followers are pursuing a vision. In general, today, the tendency to focus on personality issues such as the charisma of leaders is more frequently related to organizational contexts than in previous periods. At the same time, dramatic views on leadership and charisma have emerged, and it has been recognized that fantasies, intuitions, visions and other mental activities also play a role in leadership. In this study, a method was used that could be called "interpreting work of the cravings".
