Agora kavramı, Roma ve Antik Yunan kültüründe vatandaşların fikir alış verişi yaptığı mekânlar olarak değerlendirilmektedir. Agora kavramı da internet teknolojisiyle bir dönüşüm yaşamıştır. İnternet teknolojisinden önce agora, kamusal alanda sınırlı olarak izin verilen mekânlar iken; internet teknolojisinden sonra agora, dijital ortama taşınmıştır. Agora artık kamusal alan içerisinde yer alan sınırlı mekânlarla değil yeni iletişim teknolojileriyle oluşan medya içeriklerinde kendisine yer bulabilmektedir. Yeni medya içerisinde yer alan sözlükler de agora kavramının günümüzdeki karşılığı olarak ele alınabilmektedir. Çünkü modern çağın agorası olarak sözlükler. Siyasetten-ekonomiye, sanattan-spora, magazinden-sağlığa kadar gündelik hayat içerisinde yer alan her temayla ilgili düşüncelerin belirtilebilmesine ve bu fikirlerin tartışılabilmesine olanak vermektedir. Bu çalışmada “eksisozluk.com” adlı dijital sözlük sitesinde yer alan “cumhur ittifakı” temalı yorumlar analiz edilmiştir. Yapılan analizlerde “içerik çözümlemesi” yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında yorumların içeriklerine, yorumlarda değinilen temalara, yorumlarda adı geçen kurum/kuruluş isimlerine, ittifakın tanımlanma şekillerine ve yorum yapılan zaman dilimine yönelik verilere yer verilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgulara göre kullanıcılar, kurum ve kuruluş isimlerinde en çok “AKP ve MHP” kurum isimlerini kullanmıştır. Kullanıcılar, yorum içeriklerini genel olarak “ittifakla ilgili” konular üzerine inşa etmiştir. Kullanıcılar, en çok siyaset temasını yorumlarda kullanmıştır. Çalışmada elde edilen önemli bulgulardan biri de kullanıcıların genelde eleştirel bir okuma gerçekleştirmiş olmasıdır.
The concept of Agora is regarded as the places where citizens in the Roman and Ancient Greek cultures make ideas. Now the concept has also experienced a transformation with the Internet technology. Before the Internet technology, agora was limited to the public space, while after the internet technology, agora was moved to the digital environment. Agora can now find its place in the media content formed by new communication technologies, not with limited spaces within the public space. The new media dictionaries can also be treated as a reward for today’s concept of agora. The vocabulary is the vocabulary of modern times. From politics-economy, from art-sports, from magazine-health to daily life, it enables the ideas to be expressed and discussed. This study analyzed the comments on the topic of "Church Alliance" on the digital dictionary site "exisozluk.com". In the analysis, the method of "content analysis" was used. In the framework of the study, the content of the comments, the topics referred to in the comments, the names of the institution/institution named in the comments, the forms of identification of the alliance and the time range commented. According to the findings obtained, users have mostly used the "AKP and MHP" corporate names in the names of the organization and organization. Users have built their comments on topics generally "related to the alliance". Users use the most political topic in the comments. One of the important findings obtained in the study is that users have usually performed a critical reading.

In this study, “The Republican Alliance” themed reviews on the digital dictionary website named eksisozluk.com were analyzed. In the analysis, “content analysis” method was used. Within the scope of the study, the contents of the comments, the themes mentioned in the comments, the names of the institutions/organizations mentioned in the comments, the ways of defining the alliance and the data regarding the time zone of the comments were included. According to the findings, users used the most “AKP and MHP” corporate names in the names of institutions and organizations. Users have built their comment content on “alliance-related issues” in general. Users have used the most political theme in comments. One of the important findings of the study is that the users have generally performed a critical reading.
