Abstract:

The objective of this research is to examine the views of the managers and teachers on what the "Regulation on the selection and assignment of managers to educational institutions related to the Ministry of Education of 5 February 2021."

The research method has been used. In the study, 5 managers and 5 teachers who work in the educational institutions within the Canik Provincial Education Directorate were selected to the work group. A semi-configured conversation form has been used to collect data. This form was developed by the researcher. The interview form was implemented by face-to-face conversations with the participants. In the analysis of the collected data, content analysis, frequency analysis and visual analysis methods were used.

The results of the study are as follows:

The management of education should be regarded as an original task. The examination should be based on the written examination of the administrator's election. The candidates must have specific criteria to be able to enter the written exam. Those appointed as managers must be provided with various seminars, courses and service training. Managers must have the properties of fairness and justice, communication skills, self-development, leadership, workforce, loving their business. Additional form-2 criteria used in the re-administrative assessment should be arranged according to the training area.
