Bu çalışmanın amacı, Ortak Bilgi Yapılandırma Modeline göre yürütülen fen öğretiminin altıncı sınıf öğrencilerinin akademik başarısına etkisini incelemektir. Araştırma 2013-2014 öğretim yılında deney ve kontrol grubunda 38'er öğrenci olmak üzere toplam 76 altıncı sınıf öğrencisi ile yürütülmüştür. Çalışmada yarı deneysel yöntem kullanılmıştır. Veri toplama aracı olarak; Işık ve Ses Ünitesi Başarı Testi (ISBAT) kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen veriler; t-testi ve F testi (ANOVA) kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Uygulamadan sonra kontrol grubunda uygulanan 5e öğretim modelinin ve deney grubunda uygulanan Ortak Bilgi Yapılandırma Modeli (OBYM)'nin etkili olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ancak deney grubunda uygulanan OBYM'nin akademik başarı ve kalıcılık üzerinde daha etkili olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. OBYM'nin akademik başarı üzerine etkisinin daha net olarak görülebilmesi için Fen Bilimleri Dersi'nin farklı ünitelerinde uygulanması önerilmektedir.
the aim of this study is to examine the influence of the sixth grade students of the fen teaching conducted according to the common knowledge configuration model, research was conducted with a total of 76 sixth grade students in 20132014 teaching and control group 38039er students in the study conducted with a total of 76 sixth students, the semi- experimental method was used in the data collection tool as the light and sound unit success test was analyzed using the anova of ttesti and f test obtained data obtained in the research, then the 5e teaching model applied in the control group and the common information configuration model applied in the experimental group has been determined that obymphene039 is more effective, but it has been applied in the study group
