Bu çalışmanın amacı Ankara Büyükşehir Belediyesi Aile ve Yaşam Merkezlerinden hizmet alan bireylerin belediye hizmetlerinden duyduğu memnuniyet düzeyini ölçmektir. Aile ve Yaşam Merkezi’nden hizmet alan bireylerden seçilen tesadüfi örneklem yöntemiyle oluşturulan 200 katılımcıyla yapılan anket çalışmasından elde edilen kesit veriler yapısal eşitlik modellemesi ile analiz edilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgularda memnuniyetle hizmet, katılım ve farkındalık arasında pozitif yönlü ve çok yüksek düzeyde ilişki bulunmuştur. Belediyenin verdiği hizmetler memnuniyeti pozitif yönde ve güçlü bir şekilde (γ = 0.97; t = 9.51) etkilemektedir. Yine hizmetlere katılım ile memnuniyet arasında çok yüksek düzeyde pozitif yönlü (γ = 0.98; t = 9.93) bir ilişki bulunmuştur. Belediyenin ortaya koyduğu farkındalık ile memnuniyet arasında çok yüksek düzeyde ve pozitif yönde (γ = 0,98; t = 13.07) bir ilişki saptanmıştır. Genel itibariyle belediyenin sosyal hizmetlerinden yüksek düzeyde bir memnuniyet mevcuttur.
The aim of this study is to measure the level of satisfaction that individuals who serve from the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality Family and Life Centers hear from the municipal services. Cut data obtained from the survey with 200 participants created by random sampling method selected from individuals serving from the Family and Life Center were analyzed by structural equality modeling. The findings found a positive and very high level of relationship between service, participation and awareness. The services provided by the municipality affect satisfaction in a positive and strong way (γ = 0.97; t = 9.51) Again, there was a very high level of positive (γ = 0.98; t = 9.93) relationship between participation in services and satisfaction. A very high level and in a positive direction (γ = 0.98; t = 13.07) has been established between awareness and satisfaction that the municipality has shown. In general, there is a high level of satisfaction from the municipality’s social services.
