So many results that aren't mine?

Bu araştırma; bir kamu kurumunda, çalışan işgörenlerin kompleks bir yapı olan, bireyleri birbirinden ayıran, eşsizlik arz eden kişilikleri ile başarılı bir örgüt olmanın fonksiyonu olarak değerlendirilebilecek, işgörenlerin örgüte bağlanmalarının şiddetini/derecesini ifade eden örgütsel bağlılıkları arasındaki ilişkiyi ortaya koymak amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Amaç doğrultusunda; Balıkesir ili kamu sektöründe faaliyet gösteren bir kurumun çalışanlarına anket uygulaması gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda; işgörenlerin dışadönüklük, yumuşak başlılık, sorumluluk ve deneyime açıklık gibi kişilik özelliklerinin duygusal bağlılığı olumlu yönde etkilediği; duygusal denge kişilik özelliğinin devam bağlılığını olumlu yönde etkilediği; dışadönüklük, sorumluluk ve deneyime açıklık kişilik özelliklerinin normatif bağlılığı olumlu yönde etkilediği belirlenmiştir
