Abstract:

The importance of human resources, one of the important competition elements of organizations, continues to increase every day. The need for qualified human power has increased the work done to achieve better development of existing human resources. Nowadays employment rates are falling as a result of not using the right skills in the right place. Consequently unemployment rates are rising. Therefore, inefficiency arises due to the loss of production in the economy. At this point, the emphasis in our country has been on coaching trainings that are better understood recently. Coaching activities that enable the individual to discover their personal abilities are practiced in almost every field. With the development of personal skills such as communication, problem solving and awareness, the living standards of the more qualified individuals are also rising. The fact that each individual is different makes the implementation of special education inevitable. Consequently, coaching trainings applied in all areas of life provide individual, organizational and social qualification. It is of great importance that the coaching activities that contribute positively to the fight against unemployment which causes economic and social problems for the countries are spread in Turkey as well.
