Eğitim bir toplumun güçlü olmasını, nitelikli, aydın insanların oluşmasını sağlayan en önemli araçtır. Eğitim ulusal kalkınmayı, ilerlemeyi, bağımsızlığı ve özgürlüğü, refahı sağlamanın en etkili yollarından biridir. Şu an içinde bulunduğumuz çağın bilgi çağı olması da eğitim konusunu daha güncel olmasını, daha önem verilmesini sağlamıştır. Geçmiş yıllarda eğitim yalnızca bir meslek ve iş sahibi olmanın yolu olarak görülürken bugün eğitim hayatın her alanında oldukça önemli bir yer tutmuş yaşam boyu öğrenme gibi eğitimle ilgili yeni kavramlar türemiştir. Sosyal bilimler alanının önemli bir disiplini olan kamu yönetimi son dönemlerde yaşanan gelişmelere bağlı olarak personel alımından emekliliğe kadar hizmet öncesi hizmet içi gibi birçok eğitimlerin yapılmasını, yeni yaklaşımlarla kamu yönetimi alanının yeniden yorumlanması ihtiyacını doğurmuştur. Bu sebeple kamu yönetiminde stratejik planlamalar, insan kaynakları gibi birimlere bu doğrultuda personel eğitimine verilen önem artmıştır. Yapılan çalışmada Türk sosyal, kültürel ve daha birçok alan için temel oluşturan, Ahi Evran'ın XIII. yüzyılda kurduğu ahilik teşkilatında eğitim konusunun ele alınışı incelenmiştir. Çalışmanın amacı günümüzdeki yenilikleri, değişiklikleri, gelişimleri veya eksiklikleri daha iyi görebilmek adına asırlar öncesine ait olan ahilik teşkilatında eğitimin önemi, nasıl yapıldığını ele almaktır. Çalışmada literatür taraması yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Yapılan incelemeler göstermiştir ki ahilik teşkilatında iş eğitimi hem teorik hem pratik olmak üzere verilmiş, öğrenme ve beceri geliştirme odak noktası olmuş, bunu yaparken sadece kişisel değil toplumsal alan da ihmal edilmemiş ve ahlak, sevgi, dayanışma, birlik, kültür gibi olgulara büyük önem verilmiş. Bugün kamu yönetimi alanında verilen eğitimlerde de geçmişteki bu uygulamaların etkisi görülebilir. Geçmişi anlamak, ele almak, incelemek bugüne ışık tutacaktır.

The age of knowledge in which we are now has made the subject of education more up-to-date and more important. In the past years education has been seen as just a way of becoming a profession and a business owner, while today education has taken a very important place in all areas of life and has emerged new concepts related to education such as lifelong learning. Public administration, which is an important discipline in the field of social sciences, due to the developments in recent periods, the need for many training, such as pre-service training, from employment to retirement, to reinterpretation of the field of public administration with new approaches. This is why in public administration, strategic planning has increased the importance given to units such as human resources in this direction to staff training. The study was carried out in the Turkish social, cultural and many more fields, Ahi Evran's XIII. In the century, the educational institution was understood. The aim of the study is to discuss the importance of education in the association belonging to centuries ago, in order to better see today’s innovations, changes, developments or shortcomings. In the study, the literary scan method was used. The studies have shown that the business education in the association has been given both theoretical and practical, the focus of learning and skills development, while doing so not only personal but social fields have been ignored and the facts such as morality, love, solidarity, unity, culture have been given great importance. Today in the field of public administration, the influence of these practices in the past can also be seen. To understand the past, to deal with it, to study it will keep the light to the present.

In this direction, the aim of the study is to examine the importance and application of education in order to better understand the innovations, changes, developments or deficiencies of today. The method of the study is literature review. As a result of the examinations, it is not only the personal space, but also the social field, and the importance of morality, love, solidarity, unity and culture. it is given. Today, in the field of public administration, the effects of these practices in the past can be seen. Understanding, understanding, and examining the past will shed light on today. The current education topic is so important, effective and up to date with this study, economic, social, political, cultural and many other areas, which has a very important impact on the labor market, preparing a qualified member, who contributed to the employment of the Ahi It was investigated. In addition, important and important points about education and training methods and curricula are discussed in detail. In the organization of the organization, not only vocational training was given about the work, but also an educational content consisting of information that will prepare people for both social life and the Hereafter. The Ahi organization gave great importance to the sequential education of the individual ready for social life and the Hereafter. For the organization of Ahi, important values such as goodness, benevolence, solidarity, generosity, compassion have been given in order to reflect and reflect on the behavior of the individual in daily life and work. The Ahi organization has given not only professional knowledge to the individual, but also the moral and values education that will guide the behavior and attitudes of the individual in daily life. At the same time, the ahilik organization has developed the application areas where these values can be put into practice as well as the theoretical information such as what these values are and what the content is. In this way, the information is made to become a habit with only applications that have not remained in theory. The environment in which these behaviors are brought to the individual constitutes an important point. Because of the fact that everyone from the master to the apprentice has gained and gained certain values in the organization, this environment has made it easier for the individual to gain behavior. During the period when the organization of Ahilik Organization was born, developed, and according to the needs and demands of those times, many new systems were created in many fields such as administrative, educational, military, cultural and commercial. The difference between the Ahi Organization and all other systems and organizations is to create a worldly and an act of spirituality with the understanding of halka Serving the public Kam. He has a life philosophy for this world as if he will never die, who works for the Hereafter as if he will die tomorrow, and who sees the world as a test site. The Ahi organization also contributed to the character, personality and social development of business and vocational knowledge and education.
