Abstract:

Thermal health tourism is an important area in improving, preserving and healing the well-being of older individuals. The purpose of the study is to reveal the influence of the elderly’s quality and quality perceptions of the relationship to thermal health tourism in Sivas on the levels of satisfaction. The method was used in the research process. A survey was carried out to 130 elderly individuals who visited the Sivas Ili thermals. Relationship Quality Service and Thermal Health Tourism Satisfaction scales have been used to collect data. In data analysis, as well as identificative statistics, correlation, regression and ANOVA analyses have been applied. According to the results of the study, the quality of the relationship of the elderly individuals to thermal health tourism, the quality of the service and the perception of satisfaction were higher in health guests, and lower in tourist visitors. It is also found that there is a positive relationship between the quality of the relationship, the quality of the service and the variables of satisfaction, and that the perception of the quality of the relationship and the perception of the quality of the service generally expressed satisfaction by 58%.
