Abstract:

The X-X From the beginning of the century, the Arab-Fars geographers’ countries are defined by the people of Southeast Europe, which usually represent a real political power in the region’s historical arena. The security of the early state formations in the Zira Itil region and in the northern Caucasus, the safety of the trade roads on the Itil line and the stability of the goods transported on the road have been linked to these forces. The two political powers in the resources are made up of Ital Bulgarians and Hazarians. The Burtas, who form our position, first passes to the Hazar Ministry, in the subsequent process as a neighboring people linked to the Itil Bulgarians. The inclusion of different news about the ethnicity and settlement of the Burtas in the 10th century written sources has led to the Russian and Tatar researchers to produce different assumptions. The main objective of many researchers has also been to connect the contemporary Idil peoples to the Burtas ethnically. Unfortunately, there is no study in our literature about the ethnic identity or landscapes of the burts. It is therefore an essential necessity for our literature to give them the assumptions that they are of Iran, Finland-Ugor and Turkish origin.
