Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to investigate the suitability of the advertisements by examining the job announcements of accommodation enterprises on the web site kariyer.net. Content analysis, which is one of the qualitative research methods, has been used to this goal. 218 job ads on Kariyer.net have been reviewed in six categories. These categories are: the availability of detailed information about the company in the advertisement, the general qualities and the definition of the business is not specified separately, the information about social facilities/rights to be provided to the island, the visual availability in the advertisement (logo, photo, video, etc.).The knowledge of the knowledge of the knowledge of the knowledge of the knowledge of the knowledge of the knowledge of the knowledge. According to the study, five-star hotels that offer room breakfast services use more words in their job ads than other-star hotels. The room price is between 1501-2000 TL and the hotels with other prices appear to include more information, number of words and visual use in the job ads. The information on social facilities and rights available to the candidates is available in only 5 star hotels. It is also found that hotels with high Trivago scores use more words in their job announcements.
