Abstract:

Hicrî birinci ve ikinci asır âlimlerinin ilim anlayışları ve ilimlerin birbiri ile irtibatları konularındaki görüşleri, onların metotlarını anlamak bakımından son derece önemlidir. Bu çalışmada ikinci asrın en önemli âlimlerinden İmâm A'zâm Ebû Hanîfe'nin ilim anlayışı ve ilimlere bakışı ortaya konacaktır. Ebû Hanîfe hakkında, kurucularından olması bakımından özellikle kelâm ve fıkıh alanında çok fazla çalışma bulunmasına rağmen, bunlar içerisinde özel olarak onun ilim anlayışını ortaya koyanlar azdır. Burada onun ilme bakışı, ilimleri sınıflandırması ve bu çerçevede hadisler karşısındaki tutumu, kendisine nispet edilen eserleri çerçevesinde ortaya çıkarılacaktır. Ebû Hanîfe'nin dinî delilleri Kitap, sünnet ve sahâbe icması olarak sıralaması, onun "anlamaya" verdiği özel önemi göstermektedir. Onun bu yöntemine etki eden en önemli husus ise, ilim anlayışı ve ilmî bakış açısıdır, denilebilir. Neticede onun ilimlere bir bütün olarak baktığı, onları "fıkıh" başlığı altında topladığı ve önceliği itikâdî konulara verdiği neticesine varılmıştır. Ayrıca onun, ilimlerin tasnifi konusunda sadece dinî ilimleri genel olarak bir sınıflandırma tabi tuttuğu, bugün anlaşılan manada bir tasnif yapmadığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

The first and the second centuries of the Hicrian scientists and their opinions on the subjects of knowledge and their relationships with each other are extremely important in terms of understanding their methods. In this study, the most important of the two centuries will be the knowledge of the Imam A’zâm Hanîfe and the knowledge of the knowledge. Though there is a lot of work about Abu Hanîfe in terms of being his founder, especially in the field of word and fiction, there are very few in them that show his knowledge in particular. Here his knowledge, the classification of the sciences and his attitude towards the hadiths in this framework will be revealed in the framework of his works that are relative to him. Abstract:

The views of the first and second century scholars of the hijri on the subject of their understanding of science and their relations with each other are extremely important for understanding their methods. In this study, the understanding of science and the view of science of Abu Ha-nıfa, one of the most important scholars of the second century, will be revealed. There is a lot of work about Abu Hanıfa especially in the field of kalam and fiqh in terms of being one of the founders. However, among these studies, there are few works that reveal his understanding of science. Here, his knowledge of science, his classification of science and his attitude towards the hadiths will be revealed within the fra-mework of his works. Abu Hanıfa primarily gives place to the Quran and Sunnah while listing the religious evidence, and states that he takes the words of the Companions as the basis of the issues he cannot find in these two sources. However, he does not say the same thing about the fatwas of the scholars of the successor, on the contrary, he says, we will give fatwas like them. When evaluating the hadiths, he primarily stipulates that they are not contrary to the Quran. This situa-tion is a requirement of his understanding of science. As a result, it was concluded that he viewed sciences as a whole, gathered them under the title of "fıqh" and gave priority to belief issues. Concerning the classification of sciences, it was concluded that only religious sciences were generally subjected to a classification and that they did not make a classification in the sense understood today.
