Abstract:

The aim of this research is to develop an analytical degree score key (DPA) to evaluate the written narrative skills of students at the 5th grade of primary education and to provide evidence of the validity and reliability of this DPA. The research data was obtained by evaluating the student answers of 22 teachers working in Ankara and Denizli. The compatibility between the field teachers and the opinions of the measurement and evaluation experts on each criterion and definitions for the validity of the developed analytical DPA is assessed by a simple consensus percentage. The Kendall's W ratio for interpunktor reliability and the consistency percentage for interpunktor consistency are calculated. The research findings showed that the criteria contained in the DPA and the relevance and adequacy of the definitions related to them are a coherence between the experts; there is a high level of consistency between the assessments made by the same scorer and the different scorer. The findings of the research were discussed in the relevant literature framework and presented in recommendations.
