Sınıf Öğretmenlerinin Okul Kültürü Algısı ile İş Doyumu Arasındaki İlişki

Bir sınıf öğretmeni öğrencilerinin ilkokuma yazma, hayat bilgisi, sosyal bilgiler, sosyal beceriler, matematik, müzik, sportif ve sanatsal faaliyetler gibi pek çok disiplinler arası beceriyi edinmesine rehberlik eder. Sınıf öğretmenlerinin işlerini daha iyi yapabilmesi, daha sağlıklı nesiller yetişmesine katkı sağlayabilmesi kendilerini güvende hissedecekleri, motivasyonu yüksek, iyi iletişime sahip bir kurumda çalışmalarıyla yakından ilgilidir. Sınıf öğretmenleri temel eğitimde diğer sınıf öğretmenleri ve branş öğretmenleriyle aynı atmosferi paylaşırlar. Buna bağlı olarak okul kültürü algısı sınıf öğretmenleri açısından incelenecek önemli konu başlıklarından biridir. Çalışmanın amacı temel eğitimde görev yapan sınıf öğretmenlerinin okul kültürü algıları ile iş doyumlarının ilişkisini incelemektir. Bu çalışma; İstanbul ili, Küçükçekmece ilçesi sınırları içerisinde bulunan resmi ilkokul kurumlarında görev yapan sınıf öğretmenleri ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu araştırmada; var olan durum olduğu gibi betimleneceği için betimsel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini Küçükçekmece ilçesinde bulunan Milli Eğitim Bakanlığına bağlı resmi ilkokul kurumlarındaki sınıf öğretmenleri oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemi Küçükçekmece ilçesinde bulunan ilkokul kurumları içerisinden basit tesadüfi örnekleme yöntemi kullanılarak sınıf öğretmenleri arasından oluşturulmuştur. Küçükçekmece ilçesindeki okul sayısı 47, sınıf öğretmeni sayısı ise 2110’dur. Örnekleme ise 20 tane okulda görev yapan sınıf öğretmenleri alınmıştır. Araştırmada veri toplamak amacıyla iki adet ölçek kullanılmıştır. Ölçeklerden biri “İş Doyumu Ölçeği” diğeri “Okul Kültürü Ölçeği”dir. Sınıf öğretmenlerinin okul kültürü ve iş doyumu algıları cinsiyet, yaş, medeni durum, eğitim düzeyi, mesleki kıdem gibi değişkenlere bağlı olarak da incelenmiştir. Araştırma sonunda elde edilen veriler, SPSS 20.0 paket programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir.

A class teacher guides students to acquire numerous interdisciplinary skills such as primary reading writing, life knowledge, social knowledge, social skills, mathematics, music, sports and art activities. The ability of classmates to do their work better, the ability to contribute to the growth of healthier generations is closely related to their work in an institution with a high motivation and good communication that will make them feel safe. Class teachers share the same atmosphere with other class teachers and branch teachers in basic education. According to this, the perception of school culture is one of the important topics to be studied in terms of class teachers. The aim of the study is to study the relationship between school culture perceptions and business satisfactions of class teachers engaged in basic education. This work was carried out with class teachers who work in the official primary school institutions located within the limits of Istanbul or the smallçekmece district. In this study, a visual scan model has been used to be described as the situation exists. The universe of research is formed by class teachers in the official primary school institutions associated with the Ministry of National Education located in the district of Minikçekmece. The examples of the study were created among the classmates using a simple random sample method from the primary school institutions located in the small-scale district. The number of schools in the district is 47, and the number of classmates is 2110. The exam includes 20 teachers working in the school. Two scales were used for the purpose of collecting data. One of the scales is “the scale of work” and the other is “the scale of school culture”. Class teachers’ school culture and business satisfaction perceptions have also been studied depending on variables such as gender, age, civil status, educational level, professional age. The data obtained at the end of the study was analyzed using the SPSS 20.0 package program.

Classroom teachers share the same atmosphere with other classroom teachers and branch teachers in basic education. Accordingly, school culture perception is one of the important topics to be examined in terms of class teachers. The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between school culture perceptions and job satisfaction of primary school teachers. This work; It was carried out with primary school teachers working in official primary schools within the boundaries of Küçükçekmece. In this study; a descriptive survey model was used because it would be depicted as it was. The universe of the study is composed of the classroom teachers in the official primary schools of the Ministry of National Education in the district of Küçükçekmece. The sample of the study was formed from primary school institutions in Küçükçekmece by using simple random sampling method. The number of schools in Küçükçekmece is 47, and the number of teachers is 2110. In the sample, 20 primary school teachers were employed. Two scales were used to collect data. One of the scales is the ü Job Satisfaction Scale ”and the other is School Culture Scale. School teachers' perceptions of school culture and job satisfaction were also examined in terms of gender, age, marital status, education level, and seniority. The data obtained at the end of the study were analyzed by using SPSS 20.0 package program.
