Abstract:

Bu araştırmanın temel amacı psikolojik sermayenin “öz-yeterlik”, “dayanıklılık”, “umut” ve “iyimserlik” boyutları ile örgütsel özdeşleşme ve işten ayrılma niyeti arasındaki ilişkileri incelenmektir. Bunun için, çalışan devir oranlarının yüksek olduğu profesyonel hizmetler sektöründe yer alan ve Ankara’da faaliyet gösteren firmalarda çalışan 191 çalışanın katılımıyla veri elde edilmiştir. Niceliksel araştırma yönteminin kullanıldığı araştırma sonucunda “öz-yeterlik”, “dayanıklılık”, “umut” ve “iyimserlik” boyutları ile işten ayrılma niyeti arasında ters yönlü ve anlamlı ilişkiler tespit edilmiştir. Bunların arasında en güçlü korelasyon “iyimserlik” ile işten ayrılma niyeti arasında elde edilmiştir. Benzer şekilde, örgütsel özdeşleşme ve işten ayrılma niyeti arasında ters yönlü ve anlamlı ilişki tespit edilmiştir.

Abstract:

The main purpose of this research is to study the relationships between the dimensions of psychological capital’s “self-sufficiency”, “tolerance”, “hope” and “compatibility” and the intention of organizational identification and departure. For this purpose, the data was obtained with the participation of 191 employees working in the professional services sector where the employee's turnover rates are high and companies operating in Ankara. The research resulting in the use of the quantitative research method has identified reverse and meaningful relationships between the dimensions of "self-sufficiency", "tolerance", "hope" and "compatibility" and the intention to leave the job. Among them, the strongest correlation was achieved between the "imperacy" and the intention of leaving the job. Similarly, a reverse and meaningful relationship has been established between organizational identification and the intention of leaving the job.
