Abstract:

Advanced information and industrial technology brings together many business opportunities. Many of the emerging sectors generate different workforce needs in the workplace. In particular, the need for qualified workforce has increased to ensure that university graduates gain importance. The aim of this study is to determine whether students who are still studying at the university have a significant difference in their expectations from work life according to the size, age, gender and class variables. In the research, the literary scan was used to measure the future expectations obtained and created by the survey form. The field study was done with students of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Engineering located at Yalova University. In the first part of the study, literature scan, and in the second part, field research was carried out.
