Abstract:

Today, have to develop and implement effective stock policies that will maximize their profits by reducing their costs against the current market conditions. In the competitive environment that is constantly changing and difficult to keep this change under control, production alone is not sufficient. With the increased diversity of products, stock control and management becomes difficult and complex. Factors such as quality, speed, reduced cost, efficiency and customer satisfaction have become even more important. Companies need more information and communication in order to develop their business processes with the pressure of these factors. In this context, the use of smart technology will be effective in providing a competitive advantage in the business processes of the organization. To these goals, companies are increasingly moving to ERP systems. The stock contains all the products and materials in the business organization. The main objective of stock management is to prevent and establish a balance of stocks from holding more or less. ERP software helps to efficiently use all of these entries. ERP is a comprehensive computer software that contributes to managing all the functions of an enterprise from the supply phase to the distribution time with the support of an integrated information management system. In this study, all aspects of stock management and storage processes of an enterprise that produces white goods have been addressed. The processes in which the business is high-risk areas and unprotected against errors, fraud and irregularities are determined by consultation with the relevant employees, examination of the business activities and analysis of the data provided on the topics examined and solutions proposals are presented within the framework of the ERP.
