Abstract:

Intellectual capital is one of the new and advanced management concepts developed to address the shortcomings of previous management concepts, defining the conditions for adaptation to new conditions and advancing in competition. With this study; defining "building capital" and "human capital" from the sub-elements of "intellectual capital" and intellectual capital; analyzing the interaction between them and determining the contribution to the quantitative and qualitative performance of companies. In the model, the structural capital and human capital are separately and combined with the quantitative and qualitative performance effects, tested with the structural equality model. The structural capital and human capital scale have been shown to be a model consistency and the relationship capital and human capital have been shown to increase the quality and quantitative performance of individual and joint. In the last part, recommendations were presented for managers and researchers.
