Bu araştırmanın amacı turizm işletmelerinde çalışanların yönetsel destek algılarının işten ayrılma niyetleri üzerindeki etkisinde ücret ve ek gelirlerin düzenleyici rolünün belirlenmesidir. Kapadokya bölgesinde faaliyet gösteren 4 ve 5 yıldızlı otel işletmeleri çalışanları üzerine yapılan bu araştırmada bağımlı ve bağımsız değişkenler ile düzenleyici değişkenin birbiri ile ilişkileri, ortaya konulan araştırma modeli ile incelenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda çalışanların yönetsel destek algıları ile işten ayrılma niyeti arasında negatif yönlü; ücret ve ek gelirler ile işten ayrılma niyeti arasında ise pozitif yönlü anlamlı ilişki tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca çalışanların yönetsel destek algıları ile işten ayrılma niyetleri arasındaki ilişkide ücret ve ek gelirlerin düzenleyici role sahip olduğu görülmüştür.
the purpose of this research is to determine the role of the regulator of wages and additional incomes in the influence of the management perceptions of employees in tourism businesses on the work of the work is determining the 4 and 5 star hotel businesses operating in the capadokya region. in this research conducted with dependent and independent variables, the regulatory variable has been examined with the research model that reveals relations with each other, as a result of the employees intend to leave from work with administrative support perceptions, negative-way wages and additional incomes among the intentions to leave from work, positively meaningful relationship has been determined, as well as the employees are involved with administrative support perceptions, and additional relations between the role and additional relations between the members
