Abstract:

Technical teachers are given a degree degree in Teaching Technologies and Material Development (ÖTMG) to learn about the educational environments before service, to recognize the tools they use in education and to guide them to do the tools when necessary while performing the teaching profession. The aim of this study is to emphasize the contribution they make to the skills of developing simple tools by integrating their knowledge in the technical field of teachers candidates who take the ÖTMG course and to acquire their opinions on the course. In data analysis, content analysis (NVivo) is used as one of the quality research methods. As a result of the study, the technical teacher candidates expressed that the ÖTMG course has made significant contributions to the professional, individual and social development.
