Abstract:

The final decisions taken by civil and criminal courts as a result of judging affect each other in terms of judgment processes and may be binding in some ways. This effect can be seen in the decisions about forgery and age amendment in civil and criminal courts. There tortuous acts may be a subject for civil justice with regard to compensation; at the same time, may be a subject for criminal justice with regard to penalization of the criminal act.
