Abstract:

The purpose of the research is to identify the opinions of teachers candidates on the relations between different disciplines. The method of sampling is easily accessible to the determination of the work group of the research conducted by the study of the status from the quality research patterns. In the 2015-2016 educational year, 10 teachers candidates who are studying in the third class of the Department of Science and Information Education participated in the research. The teaching-writing technique was used to reveal the opinions of the teaching candidates, the participants were asked to write their thoughts on the relationship between the courses of science, mathematics, Turkish and social information and make a drawing on this subject. In the analysis of the data, content analysis was used. The results of the analyses are the opinions obtained by students on the writing technique of the relationship between the disciplines of science, mathematics, Turkish and social information "Disciplines affect each other."Fen science covers some disciplines.“Some disciplines are related to each other.” “Some disciplines have common points.” It is categorized. The students' drawings include "Fen sciences, some disciplines."There are common points between some disciplines."Some disciplines are related to each other.“The disciplines complement each other.” It is composed in four categories.  In this direction, recommendations for current applications and future research have been developed.
