Meslek lisesi okul müdürlerinin algılanan yönetim tarzlarını belirlemek amacıyla gerçekleştirilen araştırma nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden betimsel tarama modeli çerçevesinde yürütülmüştür. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 2022-2023 eğitim öğretim yılı içerisinde Ordu ili Fatsa ilçesindeki meslek liselerinde görev yapan ve araştırma anketine cevap veren 186 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak Üstüner (2016) tarafından geliştirilen “Müdür Yönetim Tarzı Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Çevrimiçi anket formu aracılığıyla toplanan veriler, SPSS analiz programına yüklenerek analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma bulgularından hareketle meslek liselerinde görev yapan öğretmen algılarına göre meslek lisesi okul müdürlerinin müdür yöneticilik tarzlarının “düşük” düzeyde olduğu ancak yüksek oranda işbirlikli yönetim tarzı sergiledikleri; ölçek genelinde meslek liselerinde görev yapan öğretmenlerin cinsiyet, medeni durum, eğitim durumu, yaş, okulda çalışma süresi ve branşına göre okul müdürlerinin yönetim tarzlarına ilişkin görüşleri anlamlı farklılık oluşturmazken mesleki kıdem durumuna göre okul müdürlerinin yönetim tarzlarına ilişkin görüşleri anlamlı farklılık oluşturduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Sonuçlar doğrultusunda çeşitli önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
The research conducted in order to determine the perceived management styles of Vocational High School school principals was carried out within the framework of the descriptive screening model. The study group of the study consists of 186 teachers working in vocational high schools in Fatsa district of Ordu province during the 2022-2023 academic year and responding to the research survey. In the study, the “Director Management Style Scale developed by Üstüner (2016) was used as a data collection tool. The data collected through the online survey form were analyzed by uploading to the SPSS analysis program. Based on the findings of the research, according to the perceptions of the teacher working in vocational high schools, the management styles of vocational high school principals were at “low ver but showed a high rate of cooperated management style; while the views of the teachers working in vocational high schools throughout the scale did not make a significant difference in gender, civilized status, education, age, working time and branch of school principals regarding the management styles of school principals according to the vocational seniority status, the opinions of school principals regarding the management styles made a significant difference. Various suggestions were made according to the results.
