Abstract:

Bu araştırmanın amacı; 8 haftalık çabuk kuvvet ve pliometrik antrenman programının 15-16 yaş erkek basketbolcuların bazıfiziksel ve fizyolojik parametrelerine etkilerini tesbit etmektir. Araştırmaya, çabuk kuvvet çalışma grubu olarak 15 sporcu, pliometrik çalışma grubu olarak 15 sporcu ve kontrol grubu olarak 15 sporcu olmak üzere,basketbol oynayan toplam 45 sporcu katılmıştır. Deney grupları8 hafta süre ile haftada 3 gün çabuk kuvvet ve pliometrik çalışmalarıile birlikte teknik antrenman yaptılar. Kontrol grubu haftada 3 gün teknik antrenman yaptı. Deneklerin fiziksel ve fizyolojik parametreleri bilimsel geçerliliği kabul edilmiş laboratuar ve alan testleri ile belirlendi. Deneklerden elde edilen sonuçlara ait ön test ve son testlerin aritmetik ortalama (x), standart sapma (sd) ve yüzdelik değişimlerine bakıldı. Ortalamalar arasındaki farkın anlamlıolup olmadığıbağımlıve bağımsız grublar için t–testi varyans analizi ile kontrol edildi.   8 haftalık antrenman programısonucunda, çabuk kuvvet antrenmanlarıuygulanan grubun ‹KAS, dikey sıçrama, yatay sıçrama, 30 m. sürat, anaerobik güç, 20 m. mekik, vücut yoğunluğu, vücut yağ yüzdesi ve yağsız vücut ağırlığıdeğerlerinde anlamlıdeğişimler olmuştur (P<0.01). Vücut ağırlığındaki anlamlıdeğişiklik P<0.05 düzeyindedir. Esneklik değerinde ise anlamlıdeğişiklik gözlenmemiştir.(P<0.05).

Abstract:

The aim of this study is to determine the effects of 8 week explosive power and plyometric training programme on some physical and physiological parameters of 15-16 years old male basketball players.45 players who are currently and playing basketball, participated this research, 15 of the players as a plyometric training group, 15 of the players as a control group and 15 of the players as a strength training group. Experimental groups had explosive power and plyometric training as well as technical training three days a week during the 8 week period. Control group had technical training three days a week during this period. The physiological and physical parameters of the subjects were tested with scientifically accepted laboratory and area tests. The result of the pre-tests and post-tests which are obtained from the subjects were examined with arithmetic average (x), standard deviation (sd) and changes in percentage. In order to find out whether the differences between the averages are meaningful; dependent and independent groups were tested with the t-test variation analysis. At the end of the 8 week training programme, the meaningful changes were obtained from explosive power group in vertical-jump, horizontal jump, 30 m sprint, anaerobic power, 20 m shuttle run, body fat percentage, lean body weight (P<0.01). The meaningful change in the body weight as P<0.05 was obtained. Not a meaningful change in flexibility was obtained (P<0.05).
