Antrenörlerin Türk spor yönetimindeki mevcut sorunlarını belirlemek amacıyla yapılan araştırmada araştırmanın evrenini 2018 yılında Ankara ilinde görev yapan antrenörler oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemini gönüllü olarak katılan 401 antrenör oluşturmuştur. Antrenörlerin Türk spor yönetimindeki mevcut sorunlarını belirlemek amacıyla Özen ve ark. (2012) tarafından geliştirilen ilk defa ‘’Türk Spor Yönetimindeki Mevcut Sorunlara İlişkin Akademisyenlerin Görüşlerinin Değerlendirilmesi’’ çalışmasında uygulanan, 40 maddelik, üçlü likert tipinde anket formu kişisel bilgi formunun yanında uygulanmıştır. Sonuç olarak antrenörlerin, spor yöneticilerinin yeterli seviyede yabancı dil bilmedikleri, federasyonca yurt dışı faaliyetlerine dünyadaki değişim ve gelişimleri fark edecek yeterli niteliğe sahip kişilerin götürülmediği, devlet okullarında spor yapmaya elverişli spor alanları, spor malzemeleri ve yeteri kadar spor tesisi olmadığı, yerel yönetimlerin spor tesislerinin ve hizmetlerinin yeterli olamadığı, Türkiye’de uluslararası normlara uygun spor tesisleri yeterli sayıda bulunmadığı, kulüplerin sporcu arama-bulma-yetiştirme çalışmalarının yeterli seviyede olmadığını, kulüplerin tesis yapma konusunda üzerlerine düşeni yapmadıkları, devlet okullarındaki beden eğitimi derslerinin öğrencilerin ilgilendikleri spor dalına yöneltmediği görüşündedirler.
In the research aimed at determining the current problems of the coaches in the Turkish sports management, the universe of the research is formed by the coaches who worked in Ankara in 2018. The study was carried out by 401 volunteer coaches. Coaches and coaches to identify the current problems in the Turkish sports management. For the first time developed by (2012) in the work "Evaluation of the opinions of academics on current issues in Turkish Sports Management", 40 subjects, triple likert type survey form was applied alongside the personal information form. As a result, coaches, sports managers do not know a sufficient level of foreign language, federally foreign activities do not take people with sufficient qualities to notice the changes and developments in the world, state schools do not have sports areas suitable for sporting, sports materials and sufficient sports facilities, local governments do not have sufficient sports facilities and services, in Turkey do not have sufficient number of sports facilities in accordance with international standards, the clubs do not have sufficient level of sports search-find-training work, the clubs do not do anything to them about building facilities, the state schools do not have sufficient sports facilities, the local governments do not have sufficient number of sports facilities in accordance with international standards.
In the research conducted to determine the current problems of the trainers in Turkish sports management, the universe of the research consists of coaches working in Ankara in 2018. The sample of the study consisted of 401 volunteers. In order to determine the current problems of coaches in Turkish sports management, a 40-item 3-Likert type questionnaire developed by Özen et al. (2012) and used for the first time in the study ‘Evaluation of Academicians' Views on Current Problems in Turkish Sports Management’ was given to participants in addition to personal information form. As a result, it was found that coaches think sports managers do not speak a sufficient level of foreign language, the Federation does not send people who have the sufficient competence to recognize the changes and developments in the world to activities abroad, state schools do not have fields suitable for doing sport, sport equipment and enough sport facilities, local governments do not have enough sport facilities and services, there aren’t enough sport facilities suitable for international norms in Turkey, clubs cannot perform sufficient levels of activities to search for, find and train athletes, clubs do not fulfil their responsibilities in building facilities and physical education courses in schools do not guide students to the sports branches they are interested in.
