Abstract:

The purpose of this research is to present the views of the primary school directors on the influence of teachers in the management process based on their own stories. The research has used phenomenological designs from the quality research patterns. The study group consists of 12 primary school directors selected using multi-stage sampling method. The research has used a semi-configured conversation form developed by the researcher as a data collection tool. The data obtained in the study was analyzed using the content analysis technique. According to the findings from the study, school managers have found that in the management process they have various problems related to gender, age/life, family structure, materiality and personality factors. School managers have activated communication in solving these problems they encounter in the management process; they have expressed that they often use their corporate powers in cases where communication does not affect. At the end of the study, the school directors pointed out their recommendations on the management process.
