Abstract:

The main objective of this study is to determine the impact of individual studies that study the relationship between transformative and personalising leadership and organizational identification in the national summer by the meta-analysis method. For this purpose, the Council of Higher Education (YOK) has scanned the National Thesis Center, the National Academic Network and Information Center (Ulakbim), the magazine and various international databases and search engines with the keywords specified by the Graduate Thesis and Articles. The data obtained from 17 individual studies [Conversive Leadership (k=11) and Interactive Leadership (k=6)] (n=4798) were analyzed in the Comprehensive Meta Analysis software program. According to the results obtained, 11 studies included in meta-analysis for the relationship between transforming leadership and organizational identification are seen to have an average impact size (EB=0.386, p<0.05) according to the random impact size. For the relationship between interactive leadership and organizational identification, the meta-analysis of the 6 studies is understood that the impact size is in the middle level (EB=0.347, p<0.05) according to the random impact size. Moderators’ analyses have also been conducted to see whether the type of broadcast, the year of broadcast, the scale of organizational identification, the transformative leadership, the scale of personalising leadership and the industry in which the studies are performed differ. However, a supported moderator has not reached the result of the effect.
