Bu çalışmanın amacı, ulusal yazında örgütsel özdeşleşme ve performans arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemiş olan bireysel çalışmaların toplam etkisini meta-analizi yöntemi kullanarak tespit etmektir. 23 bireysel çalışmadan elde edilen veriler (n= 11060) CMA yazılım programında rastgele etki modeliyle test edilmiştir. Sonuçlara göre, örgütsel özdeşleşme ve performans arasındaki ilişki düzeyini gösteren etki büyüklüğü orta düzeydedir (EB=0,412, p<0,005). Yayın türü, yayın yılı, performans ölçekleri, örgütsel özdeşleşme ölçekleri ve çalışmaların yapıldığı sektöre göre farklılık olup olmadığını test etmek için moderatör analizleri de yapılmıştır. Böylece ulusal yazında örgütsel özdeşleşme ve performans ilişkisi geniş perspektiften sunulmuştur.
The aim of this study is to identify the overall impact of individual studies that have studied the relationship between organizational identification and performance in the national summer using the meta-analysis method. The data obtained from 23 individual studies (n=11060) was tested by a random effect model in the CMA software program. According to the findings, the impact size that indicates the level of relation between organizational identification and performance is medium (EB=0,412, p<0,005). Moderators’ analyses have also been conducted to test the type of broadcast, year of broadcast, performance scales, organizational identification scales and whether the studies differ according to the sector in which they are conducted. Thus, in the national summer, the organizational identity and performance relationships are presented from a broad perspective.

Moderator analyzes were also conducted to test whether there are differences according to the type of publication, publication year, performance scales, organizational identification scales and the sector in which the studies are conducted. Thus, the relationship between organizational identification and performance in the national literature is presented from a broad perspective.
