Abstract:

The position of motorcycle courier in the service sector that responds to the increasing demand for rapidly satisfying consumers’ daily needs is becoming increasingly important. But the rapidly growing number of motocurries, the actions reflected in the media, or the news of accidents, also suggests that the needs of this group of professions should be removed immediately. From this point to the move, the research has been addressed by the working conditions and problems of the moto kurys using the quality research approach. In this study, a semi-configured interview with twelve motorcycle courier working in different cities and having a time of experience changing in the profession was carried out with the method of cartoping sampling. Participants also take active tasks in the STKs established for motorcycles. The data is MaxQDA 20.4. In the study undergoing content analysis in the 2-quality data analysis program, motorcycle courier observed many issues such as long working hours, fast delivery pressure, seasonal health risks, disappearances in traffic, increased workload, professional training and increased number of non-qualificated courier. As a result of the research, the factors that will improve the working conditions, such as the provision of effective audit, the establishment of a vocational room, organized joint action, the elevation of the risk class of the profession, traffic awareness and the spread of scientific research showing the current situation, are classified as a solution proposal.
