Abstract:

The purpose of this systematic aggregation study is to evaluate the impact of teletics on patient satisfaction. The study was carried out on a total of 41 articles examining the subject of telethetics and patient satisfaction and meeting the criteria for article acceptance. First, eight basic assessment criteria have been presented to make the findings of the study more concrete and easier to evaluate. Based on the results of the analysis, in addition to the existing assessment criteria, 7 assessment criteria were added, the reasons for patient satisfaction were collected below 15 basic dimensions. According to this, 53% of the criteria set at the beginning of the study were found to be in line with the results of the study. The findings from all studies show that patients are generally satisfied with the use of telet. In general, patients argue that teletics is a low-cost model, that it increases access to healthcare, that it saves time, that it eliminates travel obligation, that it facilitates patient care and tracking from a distance, and that it also improves health results and/or quality. In patient satisfaction perceptions based on the ease of use of the telemetic system, the ethical aspect and the dimensions of the doctor-patient cooperation, there are no consistent results between the study findings.
