Abstract:

Purpose: Insulin treatment after heart surgery has shown a long-term positive effect on mortality. The aim of this study is to compare the effectiveness of 3 mixed insulin and 4 basal-bolus insulin therapies performed during departure in diabetic patients who will undergo cardiovascular surgery.
