Abstract:

The study aims to determine the relationship between self-sufficiency, organizational silence and life satisfaction in judges. The survey was conducted by 250 judges working in five different branches (Football, Basketball, Volleyball, Shattan and Table Tennis). The analysis of the data was done with a 95% confidence range. Cronbach alpha reliability ratings are calculated to determine their reliability. The Cronbach Alpha values are 790 for self-sufficiency, 791 for organizational silence, and 801 for life satisfaction. To measure self-sufficiency, the general self-sufficiency scale was developed by Sherer and Ark, (1982) and used by Yıldırım and Ilhan (2010) in Turkish validity and reliability work. Dyne and ark to measure the organizational silence. The organizational silence scale developed by Taşkıran (2010) was used for the Turkish validity and reliability study. To measure the satisfaction of life, vd. Developed by (1985) the life-satisfaction scale of the Turkish validity and reliability study of the Yetim (1991) was used. Correlation and regression analysis has been conducted to determine the relationship between the variables. It has been established that there is a meaningful relationship between the variable of self-sufficiency and the organizational silence and the variable of life-satisfaction. It has been determined that self-sufficiency has a significant impact on the organizational silence and life-satisfaction variables. Study to increase the level of self-sufficiency in the arbitration will reduce the level of organizational silence, while contribute to the level of life satisfaction in an increasing direction.
