Abstract:

Language education attracts the interest of researchers because it has an important position in ensuring individuals social harmony and their ability to express themselves. Language education is primarily studied in two subjects, such as mother tongue education and foreign language education. This process begins with the mother tongue training of individuals and continues with foreign language training in accordance with interests and needs in the progressive period. But the main languages of individuals can affect both cognitive and emotional the processes of foreign language learning. The language learning process is formed under the influence of many objects because individuals are a social being. These factors include home, environment, school, etc. It is possible to arrange. The advanced technology makes the use of the internet spread among individuals. This situation causes individuals to have an influence on the language development of the Internet and Internet-based applications. This study aims to identify the availability of Internet-based applications in Turkish teaching to foreigners. The research methods are used in the study. The data source of the study consists of the forms of conversation obtained from students who are studying at the Turkish Teaching Center. Students have used random methods. These forms of interview were analyzed by the method of document examination. According to the results of the study, students were more willing to use the Internet and Internet-based applications to learn Turkish words and expression patterns in comparison to their previous periods before they began to learn Turkish. It has been found that the student’s overall use of such practices in Turkish learning has been found. This is an indicator of the use of the Internet in the teaching of Turkish as a foreign language.
