Abstract:

Amaç: Bu çalışmada aerobik basamak egzersizinin sedanter kadınlarda stres düzeyi, yaşam kalitesi ve menstrual duruma etkisi araştırıldı. Yöntem: Araştırmada, Samsun spor salonlarında aerobik basamak egzersizleri yapan sedanter kadınlar kişisel bilgi anketi ile stres düzeyi algısı ve yaşam kalitesi anketleri ile doldurulmuştur. Anketleri tamamlayan 398 sedanter kadın istatistiksel işlemlere tabi tutuldu. Bu çalışmada toplanan veriler SPSS 22 istatistik programı ile değerlendirildi. Araştırmada Ki kare ve İndependet -t testi kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: Araştırmamda spor yapmayan kadınlar sağlık durumlarını kendilerine göre değerlendirdiklerinde % 17,84'ünün kötü,% 53,27'sinin orta ve% 28,89'unun iyi olduğunu belirtmişlerdir. Sedanter kadınların% 67,6'sının düzenli menstruasyon, % 32.4'ünün menstruasyon düzensiz olduğu saptandı. Düzenli menstruasyon olan kadınların stres skoru 24.44, düzensiz menstruasyon olanların ise 27.30'luk bir stres skoru buldu. Düzenli menstrual siklusu olan kadınların stres skorları düzensiz menstrual olan kadınlardan anlamlı derecede düşüktür (p <0,001). Ayrıca, düzenli menstruasyona sahip olanların , düzensiz menstruasyona sahip olanlara göre daha yüksek fiziksel ve psikolojik skorları vardır (p <0,05). Son 3 yıldır düzenli fiziksel aktiviteye katılanların düzensiz menstruasyon oranı, son 6 ay içinde düzenli fiziksel aktiviteye katılanlardan daha düşüktür. Sonuç: Aerobik step egzersizinin sedanter kadınlarda stres düzeyini, yaşam kalitesini ve mensturasyon görme düzenini etkilediği görülmüştür. Aerobik step egzersizlerinin sedanter kadınlarda öncelikle stresi düşürmek ve yaşam kalitesini artırmak için sürekli yapılması önerilir. Kadınların bu yönde bilinçlendirilmesi düzenli aerobik türdeki egzersizlerin yararı üzerindeki farkındalıklarının artırılması için organizasyonlar önerilmektedir. Ayrıca günümüz ekonomik şartlarında egzersiz yapmanın lüks olduğu anlayışından çıkarılıp herkes tarafından yapılabilmesi kolay ve zaruri bir anlayışın oluşturulması gerekmektedir.

Purpose: In this study, the effect of aerobic staircase exercise on the stress level, quality of life and menstrual condition in sedanter women was studied. Method: In the study, sedanter women doing aerobic stairs exercises in the Samsun gyms were filled with personal information survey and stress level perception and quality of life survey. The 398 sedanter women who completed the surveys were subjected to statistical processes. The data collected in this study was evaluated by the SPSS 22 statistical program. In the study, the Quadrat and Independent -t test were used. Results: In my study, women who do not do sports found that 17.84 percent were bad, 53.27 percent were medium and 28.89 percent were good when they assessed their health according to themselves. 67.6 percent of women have regular menstruation, 32 percent. It was found that the menstruation was irregular. The stress score of women with regular menstruations was 24.44, and those with irregular menstruations were 27.30. The stress score in women with regular menstrual cycles is significantly lower than in women with irregular menstrual cycles (p <0,001). Also, those with regular menstruation have higher physical and psychological scores than those with irregular menstruation (p <0,05). The rate of irregular menstruation in those who have been engaged in regular physical activity over the last 3 years is lower than those who have been engaged in regular physical activity over the last 6 months. The result: Aerobic step exercise has been shown to affect the level of stress, quality of life, and menstrual vision in the sedanter women. Aerobic step exercises are recommended to be continuously performed in sedanter women primarily to reduce stress and improve quality of life. Women’s awareness in this direction is recommended by organizations to increase their awareness of the benefits of regular aerobic exercise. It is also necessary to get rid of the sense that exercising in today’s economic conditions is luxurious and to create an easy and disadvantaged understanding that can be done by everyone.

Findings: When the women who do not do sports in the research evaluated their health status according to themselves, they stated that 17,84% were bad, 53,27% were middle and 28,89% were good. 67.6% of sedentary women were found to have regular menstruation and 32.4% were menstruation irregular.. The stress score of woman with regular menstruation was 24.44, whereas those with irregular menstruation were found to have a stress score of 27.30. Stress scores of women with regular menstrual cycles are significantly lower than those of women with irregular menstruation (p<0,001). In addition, those with regular menstruation regularly have a significantly higher physical and psychological score than those with irregular menstruation. (p<0,05). The irregular menstrual vision rate of those attending regular physical activity for the last 3 years is lower than for those participating in regular physical activity during the last 6 months. Conclusion: It was seen that aerobic step exercise effected stress level, quality of life and menstruation in sedentary women. It is recommended that aerobic step exercises should be carried out in sedentary women to reduce stress and improve quality of life. Organizations are encouraged to raise awareness of women in this direction to increase their awareness of the benefits of regular aerobic exercises. In addition, it is necessary to remove from the understanding that it is a luxury to exercise in today's economic conditions and to create an easy and necessary understanding that can be done by everyone.
