Abstract:

China that has been a center of attraction in every period of the history despite the decline which it experienced, has given the signals of returning to glorious days in the past since the early 2000s. China has integrated itself into the capitalist system which China has encoded as enemy for a long time to revive its economy bottomed out in 1970s. And China has entered a restructuring process by arming with its enemy's weapons. As an extension of its economic development, perhaps in order not to be seen as a threat to the established order and to attract the attention, China has chosen the way to expand into the Third World countries that the existing system neglected and invest in these countries. China both has grown economically and created new business sectors for itself
