Bu çalışmanın amacı, okul yöneticilerinin değişimi uygulama yeterliklerine ilişkin öğretmen görüşlerini belirlemektir. Araştırmanın ikinci amacı ise, öğretmenlerin görüşlerinin görev yaptıkları okul kademesi, cinsiyet, yaş, mesleki kıdem ve öğrenim durumu değişkenlerine göre farklılaşıp farklılaşmadığını belirlemektir. Araştırmanın evrenini, 2015-2016 Eğitim-Öğretim yılında, Malatya ili Pütürge ilçesinde 56 ilkokul, 6 ortaokul ve 2 lise bünyesinde görev yapan toplam 203 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Evrenin tamamına ulaşılmak istendi ancak çevre ve ulaşım şartlarının zorluğundan dolayı ancak %50’sine ulaşılabildi. Kolay ulaşılabilirlik ve kota örnekleme yöntemi kullanılarak tespit edilen örneklem grubunu ise, Pütürge ilçe merkezi ve köylerindeki 16 ilkokul, 3 ortaokul ve 2 lisede görev yapan 101 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Öğretmen görüşlerinin, görev yaptıkları okul kademesine ve yaş değişkenine göre farklılık gösterip göstermediğini belirlemek amacıyla elde edilen veriler üzerinden bağımsız gruplar için tek yönlü ANOVA, cinsiyet değişkenine göre farklılık gösterip göstermediğini belirlemek için t testi, mesleki kıdem ve öğrenim durumu değişkenine göre farklılık gösterip göstermediğini belirlemek için Kruskal Wallis testi uygulanmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen veriler incelendiğinde öğretmenlerin tamamının ölçeğe verdiği yanıtların ortalamasının (3,75), standart sapmasının (0,97), olduğu ve buradan öğretmenlerin yöneticilerinin değişimi uygulama yeterliliğine “Çoğunlukla Katılıyorum” düzeyinde yanıt verdikleri görülmektedir. Ayrıca okul yöneticilerinin değişimi uygulama yeterliklerine ilişkin olarak öğretmen görüşleri analiz edildiğinde, okul kademesi, yaş ve mesleki kıdem değişkenlerine göre istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı farklılık görülmesine rağmen, cinsiyet ve eğitim durumu değişkenlerine göre farklılık bulunmamaktadır.
The purpose of this study is to determine teacher opinions on change implementation competencies of school principals. The second objective of the research is to determine whether the views of the teachers differ according to the variables of the school level, gender, age, occupational seniority and education status. The population of the research constitutes a total of 203 teachers working in 56 elementary schools, 6 secondary schools and 2 high schools in the province of Pütürge in the city of Malatya in 2015-2016 academic year. All of the population was planned to be reached, but only 50% could be reached due to the difficulty of environmental and transportation conditions. The sample determined by using convenient sampling and quota sampling method is composed of 16 primary schools in Pütürge district center and villages, 3 secondary schools and 101 teachers working in 2 high schools. One-way ANOVA for independent groups was used to determine whether teacher opinions differ according to the level of schooling and age; t test was used to determine whether they differ according to gender; Kruskal Wallis test was used to determine they differ according to vocational seniority and educational status. When the data obtained from the research are examined, it is seen that the average score of the responses of the teachers to the scale is 3.75, with standard deviation 0.97, and it is seen that the teachers’ responses was on the level of “mostly agree”. In addition, there was no statistically significant difference between teachers’ views in terms of gender and education status variables, but there is statistically significance in terms of school level, age and occupational seniority.
