Abstract:

Healthcare organizations need to give priority to strategic management of internal environment to fit into changes external environment. Internal environmental analysis provides that healthcare organizations know themselves, make an inward self-assessment, collect information about strategic capacity, analysis and in this context determine strengths and weaknesses. In this study, it was examined profoundly internal environmental analysis in healthcare organizations by benefiting from national and international resources and aimed at contributing to literature. It was introduced benefits that they will create in case of implementing in healthcare organizations by explaining methods used in internal environment analysis after examining definition, scope, process of internal environment analysis and importance for healthcare organizations in the study.
