Son yıllarda bilgi toplumunu ulaşılmak amacıyla temel adımların atılması yönünde projeler gerçekleştirilmektedir. Türkiye’ de hayata geçirilen projelerden biri de “Fatih Projesi”dir. Bu çalışmanın amacı da “Fatih Projesinin okullardaki yansımalarını öğretmenlerin bakış açısıyla ortaya koymaktır”. Özel durum çalışması olarak yürütülen çalışmada veriler yarı yapılandırılmış mülakat tekniği ile toplanmıştır. Mülakat soruları; ilgili teknolojilerin kullanımını, bu teknolojilerin öğrenme sürecine katkısını sorgulamakta ve projenin yürütülmesine ilişkin önerileri kapsamaktadır. Rize ilinde Fatih Projesi’nin pilot okulları olan üç lise ziyaret edilerek projenin uygulama sürecine aktif olarak katılan 11 gönüllü öğretmen araştırmanın çalışma grubuna dahil edilerek bu öğretmenlerle mülakatlar yürütülmüştür. Mülakatlardan elde edilen veriler içerik analizi yöntemiyle analiz edilmiştir. Yapılan çalışma sonucunda; araştırmaya katılan öğretmenlerin Fatih Projesi’ne karşı olumlu görüşlere sahip oldukları, özellikle etkileşimli tahta kullanımından son derece memnun oldukları belirlenmiştir. Bütün olumlu düşüncelerinin yanı sıra bu teknolojilerin kullanımına yönelik öğretmen eğitimi ve içeriğin sağlanması gibi konularda olumsuz düşüncelere ve endişelere sahip olmaları da elde edilen bulgular arasındadır
In recent years, projects are being carried out in the direction of the basic steps to reach the information society. One of the projects implemented in Turkey is the “Fatih Project”. The aim of this study is also to "reflect the reflections of the Fatih Project in schools from the teacher's perspective." In the study conducted as a special case study, the data was collected using a semi-configured interview technique. Interviews include questions about the use of relevant technologies, the contribution of these technologies to the learning process, and recommendations on the implementation of the project. Three high schools, which are the pilot schools of the Fatih Project in the province of Rize, were visited and 11 volunteer teachers who participated actively in the project’s implementation process were included in the research work group and interviewed with these teachers. The data obtained from the interviews were analyzed through the content analysis method. The study found that the teachers who participated in the research had positive opinions about the Fatih Project, and were extremely pleased with the use of interactive wood. In addition to all their positive thoughts, the findings are also found that they have negative thoughts and concerns on topics such as teachers’ training and content provision for the use of these technologies.
