Abstract ÖZET Entelektüel sermaye kavramı gerek bilimsel yazında gerekse iş dünyasında son yıllarda önemi gittikçe artan bir kavram olarak ön plana çıkmaktadır. Çalışma, bu önemden hareketle otel işletmelerinde entelektüel sermaye ve örgüt performansı ilişkisini Akdeniz bölgesinde faaliyet gösteren dört ve beş yıldızlı otel işletmelerinin yöneticilerinden toplanan veriler ile incelemektir. Çalışmada önerilen modelin Yapısal Eşitlik Model analizi ile test edilmesi sonucunda, diyagramda müşteri sermayesi (MS) ile örgüt performansı (OP) arasında pozitif yönlü ve anlamlı bir ilişki (0.56) olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Yapısal sermaye (YS) ve örgüt performansı (OP) arasındaki ilişki incelendiğinde yine pozitif yönlü ve anlamlı ancak daha düşük düzeyde (0.33) bir ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiştir. İnsan sermayesi (IS) ile örgüt performansı (OP) arasında ise negatif yönlü bir ilişki (-0.14) bulgulanmıştır. Çalışmada müşteri sermayesinin örgüt performansı ile istatistiki açıdan yüksek düzeyde ilişkisi olduğu sonucuna ulaşılması; başta Bontis (1998) olmak üzere konu ile ilgili önceki çalışmaların doğrulandığı anlamına gelmektedir.
