Abstract:

As it is known, the cultural heritage of each society is reflected in the individual and social consciousness. Thro history, the leaders have played an important role in the development of spiritual culture, with their activities and creativity as locomotives of social and cultural developments. They are not only an important part of spiritual culture, but also in its essence. The aim of the study will be to talk about the life and views of Mr. Ibrahim Haydaroğlu, who, with his diverse personality as a Distributor, mainly played a very important role in the development of the spiritual culture and social thought of many people of Russia, including the Dağstan and the Northern Caucasus. However, the contribution to the religious and educational process in Dağıstan will be discussed.
