So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.
How can I see only citations to my article?
After searching the name of your article, you can see the references to the article you selected as soon as you click on the details section.

Abstract:

Ali Nihad Tarlan, who gave lectures for years as a professor of Turkish Literature, is also known with his translations from Persian into Turkish. He translated the works of Nizami, Fuzuli, Yavuz Sultan Selim, Nefi, and Muhammad Iqbal. The lectures and speeches he gave in Iran and Pakistan were published in the academic journals in these countries. Moreover, two of his works were published as books in Iran. The first is his study on Mehmet Akif Ersoy. The other is his book on the life and poetry of Naili and the commentaries of Naili’s six ghazals. Tarlan’s short book on Naili was translated into Persian by Hamit Nutki. Tarlan gives a brief biography of Naili in the introduction part. He, then, explains the school of Sebk-i Hindi (the Indian Style) in poetry by giving examples from certain poets of this style and compares Naili’s poems with them. This article has two parts. The first part examines Ali Nihad Tarlan’s works published outside Turkey. The second includes the Turkish translation of Tarlan’s book on Naili in Persian. The book, originally, was written in Turkish, but only its Persian and Urdu translations were published.
