As an important region for the Turkish World due to the Turkish population and culture it harbors both in the past and present, Iran is a region where important political changes occurred in the last century. These political changes effected Turks live through prohibitions in social, political, cultural, religious fields just like other ethnic groups living in Iran. As a result of this some prohibitions occurred in education and broadcasting in Turkish and cultural activities. Some of these prohibitions were abolished with the Iranian Islamic Revolution which occurred in 1979. Especially from the liberation of broadcasting in Turkish under supervision to today, many books and magazines about the Book of Dede Korkut, besides many other works, were published and continued to publish in Turkish. However, the cultural right and publication freedom given to Turks in the first years now has given place to partial prohibitions in our day. Studies about the Book of Dede Korkut which includes important epic texts in Turkic World were started with Farsi translations in 1355 HS (Iranian calendar) in Iran. With 1979 Iranian Islamic Revolution and liberation of prohibition that has been preexisted under supervision, the studies about the aforementioned book increased with every year until today and many reviews, translation studies in Turkish, and the works that have re-generation of narration were published. In this article, it is discussed about genuine text studies and scientific studies and re-generated texts about the Book of Dede Korkut in Iran, and borrowings and translations of books about the aforementioned book which were published in other countries. First of all, the studies were discussed in terms of the inception of their dates and their increase, at what date and which city they were published, which languages they were translated, and which aspects dealt with as a matter of study were discussed. Then, the first cultural activity, published magazine and aired movies have been introduced briefly and the knowledge about "The Introducing and Teaching Courses of the Book of Dede Korkut" have been given.
