6. Sinif Hucre Konusuna İliskin Basari Testi Gelistirilmesi: Gecerlik ve Guvenirlik Calismasi

Bu çalışmada Fen Bilimleri dersi kapsamında 6. Sınıf “Vücudumuzdaki Sistemler” ünitesine ait “Hücre” konusuna yönelik geçerli ve güvenilir bir başarı testinin geliştirilmesi amaçlanmıştır.  Başarı testi, 6. sınıf Fen Bilimleri dersi öğretim programında yer alan hücre konusuna ait kazanımlar dikkate alınarak 25 madde çoktan seçmeli test olarak hazırlanmıştır. Testin pilot çalışması, 2017-2018 eğitim öğretim yılında 6. Sınıfında öğrenim gören 62 öğrenci ile yapılmıştır. Hazırlanan test maddelerinin anlaşılabilirliği, bilimsel bilgilerle tutarlılığı fen bilgisi eğitimi alanında çeşitli uzmanların görüşleri alınarak düzenlenmiştir. Öğrencilerin başarı testinde bulunan maddelere verdikleri cevaplara göre madde analizi yapılmış ve böylece her bir maddeye ilişkin ayırt edicilik ve güçlük indeksleri hesaplanmıştır. Madde analizi yapıldıktan sonra 3 madde testten çıkartılmış ve 22 sorudan oluşan Hücre Başarı Testi (HBT) elde edilmiştir. HBT’nin ortalama madde güçlüğü 0.652, ortalama madde ayırt ediciliği ise 0.507 olarak hesaplanmıştır.

In this study, the study was conducted in the 6th grade of science. It is intended to develop a valid and reliable success test for the "Cell" subject of the class "Systems in our body" unit.  The success test, taking into account the achievements of the cell subject included in the 6th class Science course curriculum, has been prepared as a already selectively test for 25 items. The test’s pilot study, 2017-2018 educational year 6. There were 62 students who studied in the class. The comprehensibility of prepared test materials, consistency with scientific information, was organized by the opinion of various specialists in the field of science knowledge education. According to the answers the students gave to the materials in the success test, the material analysis was carried out and thus the differentiability and difficulty index for each material were calculated. After the substance analysis, 3 subjects were removed from the test and the Cell Success Test (HBT) was obtained, consisting of 22 questions. The average substance difficulty of HBT is 0.652 and the average substance differentiability is 0.507.

The pilot study of the test was carried out with 62 students attending 6th grade in 2017-2018 academic year. The comprehensibility and the consistency with the scientific knowledge of the test items were prepared by the opinions of various experts in the field of science education. The item analysis was performed according to the answers of the students in the achievement test, and the discriminant and difficulty indexes were calculated for each item. After the item analysis, 3 items were excluded from the test and a Cell Achievement Test (CAT) consisting of 22 questions was obtained. The mean item difficulty of CAT was 0.652 and the mean discrimination index was 0.507.
