Ümniyye, Kur’ân’da insanın istek ve temennilerini ifade eden bir kavramdır. İnsan, olmasını istediği şeyleri zihninde tasarlayıp kurmakta ve bunlara inanmaktadır. Genel anlamda istek ve hayaller bir temele dayanıyorsa insanı motive eder, fakat Kur’ân’a göre asılsız temennilerin insan ve toplumlara faydası yoktur. Yahudi ve Hristiyanlar, müşrik ve münafıklar birtakım ümniyyelere takılıp kaldıkları için doğru yola ulaşamamıştır. Bunun yanında şeytan da insanların arzularını, isteklerini vesveseleriyle etkileyip yönlendirmeye çalışmaktadır. O, peygamberlerin de isteklerine vesvese vermeye çalışmış fakat Allah âyetlerini onun vesvesesinden korumuştur. Bu makalede Kur’ân’a göre ümniyye kavramının önce mahiyetini daha sonra da insan ve toplum hayatını nasıl etkilediğini ortaya koymaya çalışacağız. Her insanın hayatla ilgili istek ve beklentileri vardır. Öyle ki insan, ölümden sonrası ile ilgili temennilerde bulunur. Temennilerin insan yaşamını nasıl etkilediği ise son derece önemlidir. Ümniyyenin kavram olarak anlaşılmasının yanısıra Kur’ân âyetlerinde ifade ettiği anlamın ortaya konulması hangi ümniyyelerin insan hayatını olumsuz etkilediğine ışık tutacaktır. Kur’ân-ı Kerim’in ifadesine göre asılsız ümniyyelerin peşine takılmak insan ve toplumların doğru yola ulaşmasına engel olmaktadır.

In this article, according to the Qur’an, we will try to reveal how the concept of unity first affects its virtue and then how it affects the life of man and society. Everyone has his wishes and expectations about life. The human being is after the death. It is very important how humans influence human life.
