Bu araştırmada, algılanan örgütsel kronizmin örgütsel muhalefet üzerine etkisinde örgüte güvenin aracılık rolü olup olmadığının belirlenmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Basit tesadüfî örnekleme yöntemi modeli kullanılarak yürütülen araştırmanın evrenini 2019-2020 eğitim öğretim yılında Adıyaman ili genelinde faaliyet gösteren ortaöğretim kurumlarında çalışan öğretmenler oluşturmaktadır. Nicel araştırma yönteminin kullanıldığı araştırmada veri toplamak için anket tekniğinden faydalanılmıştır. Kullanılan anket formu, üç ölçek ile örneklemin demografik yapısını belirlemeye yönelik soru formu olmak üzere dört temel bölümden oluşmaktadır. Anketler, Şubat 2019 ile Haziran 2019 tarihleri arasında uygulanmış ve 350 kişilik bir örnekleme ulaşılmıştır. Katılımcıların algılanan örgütsel kronizme ilişkin algısını ölçmek amacıyla, iç grup yanlılığı, karşılıklı çıkar ilişkili ve paternal kronizm boyutlarından oluşan örgütsel kronizm ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Örgütsel muhalefet olgusunun ölçümü için ise dikey, yatay ve dışsal muhalefet olmak üzere üç boyuttan oluşan örgütsel muhalefet ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Çalışanların örgüte güven düzeylerini ölçmek amacı ile örgütsel güven ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Her üç ölçeğin de geçerlilik ve güvenilirlik analizlerinden elde edilen sonuçlar kabul edilebilir sınırlar içerisindedir. Alt boyutlar arasında oluşturulan yapısal eşitlik modeli sonuçlarına göre; iç grup yanlılığı kronizmin, örgüte güvensizlik üzerine pozitif yönde anlamlı; örgüte güvensizliğin yatay ve dikey muhalefet üzerinde negatif yönde anlamlı bir etkisinin olduğu ve ayrıca iç grup yanlılığı kronizmin, dikey muhalefet üzerine etkisinde örgüte güvensizliğin negatif yönde aracı rolü etkisinin olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
This study aims to determine whether confidence in the organization has an intermediate role in the influence of organizational chronism on organizational opposition. The universe of research carried out using the simple random sample method model is formed by teachers working in high school institutions that operate throughout the year 2019-2020. Nicel research method is used in research to collect data using the survey technique. The survey form used consists of four basic sections, which are three scales and the question form aimed at determining the demographic structure of the sample. The surveys were implemented between February 2019 and June 2019 and a sample of 350 people was obtained. In order to measure the perception of the participants of detected organizational chronism, the internal group error, mutual interest-related and paternal chronism dimensions consisted of the organizational chronism scale was used. For the measurement of the event of organizational opposition, the scale of organizational opposition was used for three dimensions: vertical, horizontal and external opposition. The organization’s trust scale is used to measure the level of trust in the organization of employees. The results obtained from validity and reliability analyses of both the three scales are within acceptable limits. According to the results of the structural equality model created between the subdimensions; internal group misconduct has been found to have a positive effect on chronism, uncertainty in the organization; the negative effect of uncertainty in the organization on the horizontal and vertical opposition; and also the internal group misconduct has been found to have a negative effect on the influence of chronism, the influence of vertical opposition, the influence of the instrumental role of uncertainty in the organization.
