Abstract:

Bu çalışmanın amacı; çalışanlarda iş tatmininin örgütsel bağlılık ve örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı üzerinde hangi düzeyde etkili olduğunu incelemektir. Çalışma, Ocak-Temmuz 2020 döneminde İstanbul ili Avrupa yakasında faaliyet sürdüren özel bir eğitim kurumunun 303 çalışanının katılımı ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmada veriler; kişisel bilgi formu, Minnesota İş Tatmini Ölçeği, Örgütsel Bağlılık Ölçeği ve Örgütsel Vatandaşlık Davranışı Ölçeği’nden oluşan bir anket aracılığıyla toplanmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen veriler SPSS 24.0 istatistik programı aracılığıyla analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma verilerinin analizinde betimleyici istatistikler, güvenilirlik, korelasyon ve çoklu doğrusal regresyon analizleri uygulanmıştır. Araştırma sonucuna göre, çalışanların örgütsel bağlılığı ve örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı üzerinde işe yönelik içsel ve dışsal tatmininin istatiksel açıdan anlamlı ve pozitif etkisi bulunmaktadır. Bununla birlikte dışsal tatmin örgütsel bağlılık ve örgütsel vatandalık davranışı üzerinde içsel tatmine kıyasla daha etkilidir. Araştırmada ulaşılan sonuçlar ışığında, uygulayıcı ve araştırmacılara yönelik bazı öneriler sunulmuştur.

The impact of the employment on the self-reliance and self-reliance

Abstract:

The aim of this study is to explore the level of employment satisfaction in employees that affects organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. The study was conducted with the participation of 303 employees of a private educational institution that continued to operate on the European side of Istanbul in January-July 2020. The data in the study was collected through a survey consisting of personal information form, the Minnesota Business Satisfaction Scale, the Organizational Responsibility Scale and the Organizational Citizenship Behavior Scale. The data obtained in the study was analyzed through the SPSS 24.0 statistical program. The analysis of the research data applied illustrative statistics, reliability, correlation and multi-linear regression analysis. According to the study, internal and external satisfaction for employment has a statistically meaningful and positive impact on employees’ organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. However, external satisfaction is more effective than internal satisfaction on organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. In light of the results achieved in the study, some recommendations were presented to the practitioners and researchers.
