Abstract:

The level of motivation of a person, a social being, in the work life is not only formed by the elements in the work life. Out-of-working time also brings great importance to the motivation and commitment of individuals. In this regard, the subject of work satisfaction and life satisfaction is extremely important in the field of work and organizational psychology. In this study, a company operating in the automotive sector of Bursa has been attempted to identify the relationship of employment and life satisfaction of 109 employees with demographic variables. In this regard, the analyses conducted found that work satisfaction did not show significant differences from gender to gender, but that life satisfaction in women was higher than in men. In addition, there are significant differences between the length of time and the satisfaction of work. The correlation analysis also found a positive relationship between work satisfaction and life satisfaction.
