The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment. This research contributes to the literature by examining the aforementioned relationship within the scope of the automotive sector. In the research, surveys of 85 people employed in a company operating in the automotive sector in Turkey, via e-mail, were evaluated. "Minnesota Job Satisfaction Questionnaire" was used to measure job satisfaction, and "Multiple Organizational Commitment Questionnaire" developed by Allen and Mayer was used to measure organizational commitment. The data obtained from the research were analyzed through the SPSS package program and the results were interpreted by comparing them with the literature. As a result of the research, it was concluded that there is a significant relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment. In addition, it has been determined that continuance commitment, affective commitment and normative commitment, which are the sub-dimensions of organizational commitment, have a significant relationship with job satisfaction. In addition, it has been observed that there is a positive relationship between internal satisfaction and external satisfaction, which are the sub-dimensions of job satisfaction, and organizational commitment.
