Abstract:

Bu çalışmada yurt çalışanlara yönelik olarak iş doyumunun örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışına etkisinde iş yeri arkadaşlığının aracılık rolü irdelenmiştir. Anket tekniği kullanılarak kolayda örnekleme yöntemiyle 133 örneklem üzerinde alan araştırması yapılarak veriler toplanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler SPSS 22 paket programı aracılığıyla analiz edilmiştir. Analiz sonuçlarına göre iş doyumunun ve iş yeri arkadaşlığının örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışını, iş doyumunun iş yeri arkadaşlığını pozitif yönde ve anlamlı şekilde etkilediği görülmektedir. Ayrıca iş doyumunun örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışına etkisinde iş yeri arkadaşlığının aracılık rolü olduğu da araştırmanın bulgularından birisidir.

Abstract:

In this study, the role of mediation of the workplace friendship has been influenced by the organizational citizenship behavior of employment satisfaction towards domestic workers. The data was collected using an easy sample method and the field research was carried out on 133 samples. The data obtained was analyzed through the SPSS 22 package program. According to the results of the analysis, work satisfaction and workplace friendship have a positive and meaningful impact on the organizational citizenship behavior, work satisfaction has a positive and meaningful impact on the workplace friendship. It is also one of the findings of the research that employment satisfaction has an intermediate role in the influence of organizational citizenship behavior.
